The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for communicating with all our current clients in order to provide a seamless real estate experience with our brokerage. The Transaction Coordinator will also work closely with other staff members to ensure we are providing a 5-star experience.

You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections, and repairs. Responsibilities:
- Support our small team of residential real estate agents, current clients, and other parties with transaction-related paperwork, such as earnest deposits, home inspections, appraisals, and loan commitments
- Schedule and coordinate major events in the sale process including appraisals and home inspections
- Assist in the negotiation of any repairs that need to be done prior to closing
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
- Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Applicant must be willing to obtain a NJ Real Estate License within two months of start date, the state now allows you to obtain this license through a two-week online course
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages is preferred
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
- Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
